Stefan Backs was born in 1965, studied sports journalism and worked as a football journalist for Sport Bild and Sat.1 ran until 2001. At this point, he became media director at Rogon Sportmanagement GmbH. Since 2003, Stefan Backs has acted as a self-employed player consultant and has accompanied numerous transfers in professional football. In 2012 he became managing director of Siebert & Backs Fußballmanagement GmbH.

Hans-Georg Felder has been working as a player consultant for Siebert & Backs since 2018. Before this, he had kicked off his career as press officer for Hertha Berlin, RB Leipzig and Stuttgarter Kickers. Furthermore, from 2017 to 2018 Hans-Georg worked as public relations officer at Berlin 2018-Leichtathletik GmbH.
Nico Pellatz
Goalkeeper consultant
Nico Pellatz began his career as a professional goalkeeper in 2006 with Hertha BSC. In 2007, he moved to Werder Bremen, where he made his competitive debut for the first team. After retiring from his professional playing career, he obtained UEFA B and UEFA Goalkeeper B coaching licenses and worked as a goalkeeper coach in various capacities, including in the Jupiler Pro League. Since 2023, Nico has been working as a consultant for professional and youth goalkeepers at Siebert & Backs.

Kathrin Zimmermann studied sports management and has been involved in the sports business for over 10 years, working in various sports marketing agencies and football clubs. As a digital native, she is well-versed in the trends and developments in social media and online marketing, and she oversees the online presence of Siebert & Backs.
Michael Schulz
Player consultant
Michael Schulz began his career as a professional footballer at the age of 26. Between 1987 and 1997, Schulz played 243 Bundesliga games in which he scored eight goals. Following the end of his professional career, he acquired the A coaching licence and has been active as a football pundit for various broadcasters ever since. In 2012 Michael Schulz became a player consultant for Siebert & Backs.
Andreas Hindahl

Andreas Hindahl is an associate of the specialist law firm Hindahl & Witte in Sulingen and since 1994 has been the first specialist lawyer for labour law in the Sulingen local court district. Andreas specialises in labour law and contract law. As a true connoisseur of the soccer scene, he is the contact person for all labour and contract law issues at Siebert & Backs.
